JayJeev Hada
Director of Programs
Jayjeev is the CEO’s Founder and Director of Programs. He is a community planner by profession and also a civil engineer. He holds a Masters Degree in Regional & Community Planning from the College of Architecture, Planning and Design, Kansas State University, and an Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering from Mangalore University, India. Jayjeev is also the founder of COMMITTED (non-profit wing of CEO) and has successfully accomplished various local governance, service delivery, accountability and transparency, economic governance and school improvement projects under his leadership. He has served as a senior planner for the Fairfax County Public School System and was involved in facilities planning for the school system from 2008-2010. He also served as a Land Use Planner for the Fairfax County Government, Virginia from 2001 to 2008. As a Land Use Planner for the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Zoning, he was mostly involved in Fairfax County’s Comprehensive Planning efforts. In addition to his crave for dancing to all types of music, Jayjeev is a big fan of athletic sports, mainly Tennis and Basketball. He continues to support all sports activities to his best capacity and also serves as a voluntary Board Member of the All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association.
Ritima Pradhan
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Ritima is the CEO’s Director of Operations. She manages overall operations and resources of CEO and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives. Ritima is an analytical and detail-oriented development professional with more than 25 years of experience in managing, developing, administering, and overseeing admin and finance related activities as well as communication needs of the organizations and 9 years of experience in United States payroll system, general bookkeeping, and fund accounting with strong reputation for accuracy and dependability.
She is also associated with COMMITTED (non-profit wing of CEO) since inception as a Board Member and as an Executive Director since July 2017. She is also one of the founding members of both COMMITTED US and Nepal. Ritima has an extensive professional career of more than 25 years working in the fields of management, finance and IT. She started her career in Nepal selling computers for almost a decade. She then worked in the US specializing in federal accounting and US payroll system for about a decade and finally moved back to Nepal and worked at Swisscontact as the Sr. Administrative and HR Officer for almost 3 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Decision Science and Management and Information Systems (DSMIS) from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. Apart from managing the office, she also likes to manage her garden and has a passion for cooking.

Jayjeev works as the Planning Advisor for CEO’s Initiatives for Local Economic Development (ILED-Regional) Project. He provides strategic advices, technical inputs and management support to CEO’s projects and programs. He is a community planner by profession and also a civil engineer. Abin Prajapati
GIS TECHNICIAN
Abin is currently engaged as Geographic Information System (GIS) Technician in CEO for Initiatives for Local Economic Development (ILED-Regional). He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics Engineering from Kathmandu University. His expertise is in GIS and Survey, yet his focus lies in web mapping, aerial photographs mapping and remote sensing. He has worked at COMMITTED as a GIS Technician from March 2019-August 2021. Abin has also served as GIS Engineer for few months in NEA Engineering Company and also in Dordi-1 Hydroelectric Project as Survey Engineer fora year. Outside of work, Abin loves spending leisure time reading novels, internet surfing and watching sports channel. He loves challenges, trying new things and to trek breathtaking destinations.
Anirudra Neupane
DEPUTY TEAM LEADER
Anirudra Neupane is a development professional having more than a decade long experience in program and project management. He has a good background of local governance, revenue and budget, evidence-based advocacy to promote Right to Information, transparency and accountability in Nepal. Aid related research and advocacy in national and sub-national government context are his other areas of strength. He holds Master’s degree in both Economics and Management from Tribhuwan University. Mr. Neupane is currently working as the Deputy Team Leader for projects pertaining to Local Governance and Service Delivery program at CEO. He has previously worked at COMMITTED as the Deputy Team Leader and as the District Program Coordinator at Nepal Red Cross Society.
Ayush Jung Thapa
PROGRAM COORDINATOR/ URBAN PLANNING
Currently involved as Program Coordinator for Urban Planning and Governance projects at CEO, Ayush has a postgraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the School of Geography, Planning and Environmental Management, University of Queensland (UQ) in Australia. Bringing in professional planning expertise from his five-year-long experience at COMMITTED Nepal and his time at town planning firms in Australia and through various urban planning project works and research at UQ, Ayush has a long-held passion for this field. Ayush holds special knowledge, interest, and dedication in statutory and policy planning, transport and infrastructure planning, land use planning, urban governance and management, disaster and urban risk management, heritage protection, regulatory frameworks for environmental management, and integrated, inclusive and resilient planning for safe and sustainable communities.
Drabin Pradhan
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Drabin Pradhan holds a Master’s degree in Management from Sikkim Manipal University. He has more than nine years of professional work experience in the field of management and about eight years of experience working with finance in NGOs. He has been working with CEO since 2021 as a Finance and Administrative Officer and manages the project’s daily finance and administration duties. Drabin loves to work in a team.
Gautam Lamichhane Magar
PROJECT OFFICER
Gautam is CEO’s Project Officer and assists in proper planning and execution of projects. He started his NGO career in the year 2014 as a volunteer in International Citizen Service (ICS) program from Restless Development followed by his job as a Project Coordinator under Social Empowerment and Economic Development Assistance project in Gorkha District. Gautam joined COMMITTED in the year 2015 and served for projects related to school improvement, social business for education and local governance programs. Gautam holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Tribhuwan University. Apart from visiting field sites, he enjoys travelling to new places, reading novels and watching cricket.
Khechar Nath Acharya
PROGRAM COORDINATOR/ GOVERNANCE
Having amassed an extensive twenty one-year experience in local governance, child-right, child-protection, anti-human trafficking, Khechar Nath Acharya is currently working at CEO as the Program Coordinator for Governance. He possesses a Master’s in both Business Administration and Sociology. He is fully immersed in CEO’s local governance and service delivery projects assisting local governments address and find solutions to local issues and educating local bureaucrats.
Monika Waijoo Pradhan
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Monika Waijoo Pradhan is CEO’s Finance & Administrative Assistant. She previously worked as Finance and Admin Assistant at CEO for three years. Monika also served as the Account Assistant at V.S Niketan School for ten years and as an Admin Executive at Nepal Placement Agency for four years. She is currently pursuing Bachelors in Business Studies and loves cooking as well as travelling.

Shobha Khadka
PROGRAM/ OFFICE ASSISTANT
Shobha is CEO’s Program / Office Assistant since September 2021 and supports the program and administration staffs. She previously worked at COMMITTED since 2006 and helped the organization from the starting days. She is a graduate of Shree Thangpaldhap Secondary School and continuing her further studies at Ratna Rajya Campus in Kathmandu, pursuing Bachelors in Arts degree.
Susma Rasaili
PROJECT / COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Susma joined CEO as a Project / Communications Officer from September, 2021. Her job roles include planning, implementing and assisting CEO’s local governance and service delivery related projects and carrying out CEO’s communications need including but not limited to, website management, developing company’s policies and manuals, quarterly and annual reports, handling social media and other printed and online communication requirements. Formerly, Susma served as a Communications Officer for four years at COMMITTED. She has also worked as an International Communications Advisor at FEBC Cambodia and Marketing, Communications and Administrative Assistant at Trans World Radio Nepal. She is a graduate of Masters in Sociology. In her spare time, Susma loves travelling and getting to know people and cultures.
