Ltd. is providing technical support to Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) for the development of Business/Economic Profile of Province 1 and would like to hire a competent candidate for the following. Position: Provincial Coordinator Duration: 3.5 Months (No possibility of Extension) Start Date: September 20, 2022 Job Description In close supervision of the Executive Director of FNCCI P1 and Technical Support Team, serve as the province focal person for the preparation of a Business/Economic Profile of Province 1 for the Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI), Province-1. Lead and coordinate primary data collection process from all 14 districts of Province 1 by mobilizing staffs/volunteers of FNCCI district chapters. Coordinate government agencies, associations of private sectors and other relevant stakeholders and collect available secondary data of agriculture, industry and service sectors. Integrate data collected from primary and secondary source, tabulate and provide to a team of experts for preparation of the business profile. Present data and draft profile to the FNCCI P1 Board and stakeholder for validation. After validation, edit, make changes where necessary and make ready for publication. Qualification and Experiences At least bachelors’ degree in Business Studies, Economics, Statistics or other relevant field. Master’s degree is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Ms-Excel is required. Skill of data analysis tools such as SPSS will be an advantage. At least 2 years of experience in the field of data collection and analysis related to business and economics. Strong coordination and communication skill is required. Candidate should have fluent command on both English and Nepali Languages. Residents of Province 1 will be given priority.
